My valet experience at the AC Hotel in downtown Little Rock was overall pleasant during my stay from October 8–12, 2025. I especially want to recognize Mr. Adrian for his excellent service. He greeted me on my first night and was courteous, respectful, and very accommodating. He even assisted me with my luggage at check-in, which I greatly appreciated. However, at check-out around 6 a.m., I had a noticeably different experience. The valet on duty at that time did not greet me or offer assistance with my luggage. While this may have been an early hour, a simple greeting or offer to help would have made the experience more consistent with the high standard of service provided by Mr. Adrian.
I had an excellent experience with Adrian, the valet at the A.C. Marriott in downtown Little Rock. He was fast, polite, and incredibly professional. I especially appreciated that he took the initiative to come to the lobby and help with my bags as I was completely checkout —something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but it made a big difference. Excellent service from start to finish.
Room was a bit small but had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and had different pillow types of varying firmness. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were done well at the inhouse restaurant.
The sheets on the bed had stains. Like just reuse them and not wash them. The door to the room slammed everytime it shut. No on-site parking. Staff was very quick to dismiss you. Won't stay here again. Bed was super uncomfortable not like other Marriot hotels.
From check in to check out, our stay was fantastic! The staff were superb and our rooms were even better. This is a beautiful hotel with modern, sleek but comfortable rooms. We loved the double headed shower!! I stayed with my husband and three teenage kids who are not easy to please but they were all very happy with our entire stay. Can’t wait to come back!
All staff was wonderful and kind. The hotel was beautiful. We just stayed one night. But it was nice, the beds and pillows were comfy. Highly recommend this hotel. We will stop by again. Thank you for your hospitality
The AC Hotel in downtown Little Rock is the only place you should look for a place to stay! Not only were the rooms very clean and a comfortable bed, but the staff is amazing. From Valet to the front desk staff, they helped us out with kindness and hospitality. Shoutout to Brittany B. for being so kind!
The AC Hotel had the most genuinely kind and helpful staff. From check in to check out everything was smooth and hassle free. My room was very quiet, cool, and clean. A special shout out to my valets Mark Williams and Antonio Pearson for their speedy service and charm!
